Shipping
- We ship Australia-wide. No international shipping at this time.
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase.
- Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Express options may be available at checkout depending on the item and your postcode.
- A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Shipping costs
- Flat-rate standard shipping: $9.95
- Free standard shipping on orders over $150
- Express shipping: calculated at checkout based on weight and postcode
Returns
Because LuckyScore deals are heavily discounted and time-limited, our return policy is intentionally clear and simple:
- Change of mind: We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Please make sure you genuinely want the item before purchasing. The deal window is your time to decide.
- Faulty or damaged items: If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, we will replace it or issue a full refund — no questions asked. Contact us with photos and your order number.
- Wrong item sent: If we ship you the wrong product, we'll arrange a return and replacement at our cost.
How to start a return

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair regardless of our policy above.
