Can I find out what the next deal is before it launches?
No — and that's intentional. The next item is always kept secret until the countdown hits zero. We won't drop hints on social media or via email. Half the fun is not knowing.
What happens if I miss a deal?
It's gone. We don't restock or re-run deals. Each item is a one-time event. The good news: a new countdown starts immediately, so there's always something to look forward to.
How long does a deal stay live for?
It varies by item, but typically a few days. The exact window is shown when the deal goes live. Once the time is up or stock runs out, whichever comes first, it's closed permanently.
How are the prices so low?
We negotiate directly with suppliers and manufacturers, often buying in bulk or taking end-of-line stock. We also operate lean — no big catalogue, no warehouse full of slow-moving products. The savings go straight to the price.
Can I buy more than one?
Quantity limits depend on the item and are stated on the deal page. For most deals, we limit to one or two per household to make sure as many people as possible can grab one.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Not currently. We ship Australia-wide only. International shipping is something we're looking at for the future.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), as well as PayPal and Apple Pay. Buy-now-pay-later options may be available on certain deals.
I missed the deal — can I be notified about the next one?
Yes. Sign up to our mailing list and we'll send you a heads-up when a new deal goes live. We won't spam you — it's one email per deal, maximum.
Are the products new or refurbished?
All products sold on LuckyScore are brand new unless explicitly stated otherwise on the deal page. We'll always be upfront about condition.
